Meet the FIC

Bridget Moeller – FIC Chair
Vice President, Human Resources/Training | Greater Minnesota Credit Union – Mora, MN
   Bridget has worked in the financial services industry since 1985 starting at a community bank in St. Paul. In 1994 she joined Postal Credit Union in Marketing, Human Resources and Training. She moved to Northwest Airlines Credit Union (now Wings Financial CU) as a corporate trainer in 1998. In 2001 she moved to her current position of VP of HR/Training with Greater Minnesota Credit Union in Mora.

   Bridget attended the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication. She later returned to the U of M Carlson School of Management to complete her HR Generalist Certification. Bridget joined the FIC in 2005. She currently serves as Chair, and has also served as Vice Chair.


Andrea Molnau, FIC Vice-Chair
Vice President of Marketing | United Educators Credit Union - Apple Valley, MN
  
Andrea began her career in credit unions with Minneapolis Telco (now Topline) in 1995 as Marketing Coordinator followed by Business Development Representative. In 1998 she moved to United Educators Credit Union as Marketing Director, and now serves as their Vice President of Marketing. She holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communications from St. Catherine’s University, and a Certificate in Marketing Communications from the University of St. Thomas Graduate School of Business.
   Andrea has served on the Family Involvement Council since 2002, has held the position of Secretary, and is currently Vice Chair. Although one of our more “tenured” FIC members, she remains committed and enthusiastic about supporting youth financial literacy and the credit union movement.


Greg Hird, Treasurer
Business Development Manager | First Alliance Credit Union - Rochester, MN
  
As the Business Development Manager at First Alliance, Greg works with small business and their employees to provide lending and deposit services and well as spread the good word about credit unions to the communities they serve. He leads the First Alliance Scholarship committee and is often the ‘voice’ of the FIC’s silent auction fundraising event. Greg joined the FIC in 2009.


Amanda Kissner
Financial Service Representative | Wakota Federal Credit Union - South St. Paul, MN
   Amanda Kissner works as a Financial Service Representative with Wakota FCU in South Saint Paul. As a FSR, Amanda does anything from aiding new members, selling loans, tracking insurance and liens, taking an active role in community and business development and most recently assisting the lending department. She began her credit union career at United Educator’s CU in 2010 and left to travel Europe last summer. Amanda graduated from Metropolitan State University in spring 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in international studies. She has studied the Spanish language and specializes in working with diverse groups. Amanda joined the FIC in 2012.


Shannon Butler
eMarketing Specialist | Postal Credit Union, Woodbury MN
   Shannon’s career in credit unions began 12 years ago as a part-time teller for Postal Credit Union. Now she’s found her home and passion in PCU’s Marketing Department managing the online presence and digital strategy. Shannon loves being part of the FIC to live the credit union philosophy and deliver more to our members. Graduating from the U of M with a degree in Psychology (finally), she is eager to be part of the next generation of credit union leaders and watch the movement continue. Shannon joined the FIC in 2008.


Deb Cariveau-Rogers
Marketing Manager | Hiway Federal Credit Union
   Deb has worked in the credit union industry since 1982. She began her career in Member Services and Lending, then moved into Management before finding her niche in Marketing and Communications. She has worked with four Minnesota credit unions on developing marketing plans and initiatives to support their strategic goals. In 2005, she joined Hiway in her current position as the Marketing Manager. Deb joined the FIC in 2011 and looks forward to working with the committee to support credit unions’ efforts in providing financial education and encouraging full-family involvement. Deb joined the FIC in 2011.


Vicki Erickson
AVP Marketing | TopLine Federal Credit Union
   Vicki’s 15-year professional experience is rooted in the financial services industry. She has held various marketing and management positions in both banking institutions and credit unions. Currently she is the Assistant Vice President of Marketing at TopLine Federal Credit Union and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing including internal and external communications, multi-channel marketing and advertising programs, business intelligence, ecommerce, public relations and community initiatives to support TopLine’s strategic goals, cooperative philosophy and commitment to member education.
   Active in both the communities and industry she serves, Vicki is the board treasurer for the Midwest Direct Marketing Association (MDMA), sits on the board of the North Hennepin Area Community Chamber, and is a member of the Hennepin West Education Consortium, Credit Union Executive Society, CUNA Marketing Council and Minnesota Women in Marketing and Communications (MNWC). Vicki joined the FIC in 2012.


Jeff Papas - FIC Photographer/Historian
Northern Communities Credit Union – Duluth, MN
   Jeff Papas began work in the credit union industry in 2008 and is currently the Marketing Specialist / Minister of Fun at Northern Communities Credit Union in Duluth. He handles all marketing, advertising and design functions at the credit union and is also involved in business development. He joined the FIC in 2011 and is the group’s unofficial photographer.
